3 ways To maximize Your Workouts (1)

When I wrote Transform Your Thought & Improve Your Health it was quite popular which shocked me. I personally believe the reason is every individual has to undergo some level of stress to become the person they desire to be. This is nothing magical I am speaking of. In strength training or any fitness program for that matter you must lift a significant amount of weight for a long period of time before your body adapts and you see the results in the mirror. In work or business you have to modify variables, tweaking things until you find your ideal fit after countless failures or hurdles (ie. workplace environment, incorrect marketing methods or a subpar workplace culture).

It is time that will determine what work needs to be done. It is action that will produce the outcome with patience and consistency.

The post for today was inspired by a thought that came to mind as I was working on components of the brand.

Everything intertwined links to fulfillment.

Before I dig in deep I wanted to define what that word means and use that as a stepping stone to move onward.

1. satisfaction or happiness as a result of fully developing one’s abilities or character.
“she did not believe that marriage was the key to happiness and fulfillment”

2. the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted.
“winning the championship was the fulfillment of a childhood dream

Simplified, being in a state of personal success can be noted as being fulfilled.

3 things from my observation with members including myself can be tied to impacting how long you stay in a state of fulfillment. Each can be linked together or isolated to be improved.




Is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.


When I think of health I think of the body as a whole. How you move, think and eat all can lead to the quality of life you live and keep you in a peak state. Countless studies have been done highlighting the benefits of physical activity on the mind and body. Circulation helps blood flow and enhances the the absorption of nutrients that would allow you to live. I am not going to preach the benefits of physical activity here. I rather point out that we each have the ability to control this variable by do large or small actions that impact the larger goal. Often times I ask members or reflect upon myself to see have I secured this source. Have I placed health in the front of my mind to stay in a peak state? Am I aware of the foods I am eating? Am I working out? The small step of asking these questions can help. A usual way of behaving: something that a person does often in a regular and repeated way.


What you do on a day to day basis can lead you in the right or wrong direction. Mind you this usually is not caused by one day but a layering of many. How often are you going for walks ? What are you current sleep patterns? How do you respond to stress? Individually this would not make a significant impact yet compile 3-5 years of the same routine on top of another and open the door. From fitness to health all things tie together to make the person.




the quality or state of being happy.

Happiness is an elusive dream. A beautiful gift to capture. Mind my poetry. The happier you are the more likely you will be to stay in the state the produces the outcomes you are looking for. Stress can sometimes impact your habits, health and eradicate happiness. By finding methods that work to keep you engaged you have the ability to stay fulfilled. I would always recommend finding things that are constructive and lead you towards your ideal path. You may be leaning towards getting stronger, leaner or fitter. Find things that fit that. You may even want to simply just be happy. Think of ways to be engaged that are more productive or enjoyable for you everything can connect.

For fulfillment you need to continually be growing. Developing yourself and refining where you want to be. To stay in a state anywhere near it what I’ve noticed is you need to use many of the above sources and adding your own. Certain things will work better than others. Your overall objective is to keep climbing, building upon the success you have laid down for yourself in the past.
