Not too long ago I wrote the Top 20 Sources of Protein. To say it was a hit would be a small shot!

To keep with the momentum of providing some valuable resources I decided to track down and list the Top 20 Carbohydrate Sources. The importance of a list such as this relates to meal preparation. You can often times get misled by labels or extremely persuasive friend to eat certain foods. What is also a growing concern is when you are stepping into the kitchen to determine which foods should make up your meals.

My goal here is to simplify the data relating to carbohydrate sources.
