This is Femi here from and GTA hope you’re having an awesome day. I’m in the zone right now so I wanted to shoot a video on How to Start your Day Off Right. What’s the best ways to get in the right state of mind to produce the results you want to see? What do you need to do to get into a state of awesomeness all the time?

Truth is, sometimes you might not be there but I want to try and put you in that state right now.

Here are the Top 3 Things You Can Do To Start Your Day Off Right


1) Movement

This can be anything in your daily routine. Doing stretches, yoga or some basic flexibility drills. You can even go for a walk do some bodyweight exercises like the ones we have on YouTube. Some sort of movement which ever you choose can help with circulation. There is not much discussion about how increasing circulation can positively impact blood flow in the mainstream. Simply moving adding physical activity and exercise into your morning routine can improve your ability to cognitively think better.


2) Proper Nutrition (Breakfast or Any Meal)

If your fasting you may not be able to do this but if you’re having a great breakfast that’s packed with quality nutrients your your high quality protein sources may be leaner sources of protein, some complex carbs. Not just your simple sugars. Can help fuel you from the beginning of the day. I’ve caught myself and I seen many members end up in situations where they’re hungry and because they didn’t prepare themselves to eat well in the morning then the buying rubbish outside. If you’re not about to eat your first meal carry something with you so you don’t get caught.


3) Progressive Thoughts

Lastly make sure your mind is is absorbing content that actually helps you produce the results you want to see. It starts mentally.  It might be meditation, silent reflection, prayer depending on you. It might even be listening to audiobooks and podcast. These types of things add value to your life.


Try these out every day over the next 30 days. I guarantee you’re going to be a different person, a completely different person. You’ll be surprised at how much of an impact these 3 things can have on you in your life. Everything comes down to how you start your day.
