What’s a joint?
A joint can be defined by the joining of two limbs to provide articulation or movement of the body. Movements such as turning, twisting, rotating parts of the body all involve joints. You are not able to function without healthy joints.
Walking, jumping, running, pushing, pulling even brushing your teeth all involve the use of joints and various ones for the human body.

What’s joint pain?
Well joint pain on the other hand involves a series of physiological effects that notify the body of a negative external or internal stress on the tissue. If your body faces any type of physical trauma it may end up with some sort of pain or discomfort.

Now remember everything that pertains to the body connects. When you are focused on reducing joint pain you need to find the source of the problem and then work backwards. Often times it is poor movement patterns repeated over time which ends up creating future problems. Look at the body and then determine what steps need to be take to benefit the body.
