DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 7 Minute Killer Core Workout at Home — New Persona
Warm Up (2 Rounds/Sets)
1. 15 – 20 Seal Jacks
2. 10 Torso Twists
3. 5-10 Arm Circles

DailyMove – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 Rounds/Sets)
1. Hand Walks 3×10-12
2. Cross Climbers 3×10-20
3. Front Plank Punch 3×5-10
4. Plank Jacks 3×5-15

This is a Killer Core Workout at Home is a part of our ab workouts program series. The difficulty of each exercise can be increased or decreased by moving your limbs (ie. legs and arms) furthuer away from your core or mid section. Starting off if you are not able to perform the entire routine in the allotted time take rest. This is not a race. With time you will be able to perform lower ab workouts quickly. Focus on form and work from that point forward.
