5 Easy Nutrition Hacks You Can Do From Home
Written by: Femi Doyle-Marshall
The fitness industry by far is one of the most saturated markets of all time. And this is just relating to fitness products. During many of New Persona’s workshops we point out the vast tools available for the gym goer. You have the ability to choose almost any tool.
Yet, what matters most is the teacher.
You lift heavy and get strong. You watch calories and get lean. You combine both and get outstanding results. Simply mind blowing.
The knowledge from your very own fitness pro can save you ample hours. The experience from them can refine the resources you need to get you to your goal.
The question is how to find a fitness trainer? How do you find not just a good one but a great one!
A few options are available. The solutions are right around the corner.
The web holds access to a vast network of potential. Fitness bloggers provide value. By being educated online you get a taste of your coach’s core philosophies and training techniques. Look at it as the prescreen before the interview. I would highly recommend using this as an entry point. Not all may have a site yet if they do you can quickly touch the tip of the iceberg.
Close Networks/Social Media
I am a big believer in the the power of your own social circle. Many of your friends may be active. Some may even have a fitness coach or trainer working with them currently. The truth is to talk to them. It is easy to become overwhelmed with the number of fitness trainers and fitness coaches. Connect with those closest to you to get on the right path.
In your community you can connect with a fitness coach or trainer. The same would go for events. This is a good method for scouting for two reasons. 1) They stand for a cause outside of the gym: Personally this plays a big role to me. It is easy as a coach or trainer to stay focused on solely getting clients results. What do they care about on a deeper level? 2) They are passionate to connect with others outside of their networks: Being affiliated with more can open the door to greater member resources. By them investing time outside of fitness they may be able to provide even greater value to you.
