Black Panther Bodyweight Workout

How’s it going folks!
Hope you’re having a great day so far. As always delivered please find here your #DailyMove for the week. The last few workouts I have featured incorporated the kettlebell so I decided to follow up with a great warm up routine you can use. Many of the movements involved using the kettlebell will warm up your entire body. These movements make up a dynamic warm up routine which is the staple of any great fitness program.
With that, it’s time to move.

Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. 10 Around The Body
2. 10 Pull Overs
3. 10 Figure-8s
4. 10 Around The Head

Just an added tip! The warm is used to get your core temperature elevated to prevent injury and increase bloodflow. By completing movements such as these you can aim for your heart rate to be slightly elevated and possibly having sweat. These are great markers to determine if you are ready to train.
