Femi here again from New Persona.

This video is our next dumbbell full body workout DailyMove. I was thinking of what would be the best way to work your upper and lower body to get maximal intensity and still get you moving. I think it worked by the sweat shown on my face. Designed for you to do at home or any gym you have access. Shoulders and legs are the main focus of this work and certainly it was a solid session.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Shoulder and Leg Workout With Dumbbells
Warm Up
1. 15 Cross Jacks
2. 10 Arm Swings
3. 10 Arm Circles

DailyMove
1. Overhead press 3×10-12
2. Dumbbell Front Squat 3×10-12
3. Backward DB Lunge 3×10-12

 

Complete!

You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
