I wanted to give you something a little more challenging for your next workout. Find here your full body workout with dumbbells. It can be treated as a strength circuit. Weight used can be moderate to heavy.

Just a bit of information before you dive in. This routine is ideal for those that want to get a good workout in at home or in the gym. You can use this to get stronger if you increase the resting time. By the end you will see what I look like.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Full Body Workout With Dumbbells
Warm Up (2 cycles or sets)
1. 30 Jog On Spot
2. 10 Hamstring Sweeps
3. 10 BW Row

 

DailyMove (3-5 cycles or sets)
1. Romanian Deadlift 3×10-12
2. Two Arm Barbell Row 3×10-12
3. Renegade Row 3×5-8

 

Complete!

You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
