Black Panther Bodyweight Workout
Good day ladies and gents!
I am more than excited to bring you another DailyMove routine.
I have been shooting these videos often to give you more tools to train, move and simply get active. It doesn’t matter where you are or what your goal is movement is a vital part of life.
I am in the gym 4-5 times per week.
So can you.
So just in case you are not able to make it out feel free to give this workout a run.
I challenge you to move more.
This can be done daily.
DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Core Workout With Warm Up
Warm Up (2 cycles or sets)
1. 10 Arm Swings
2. 5 Arm Circles
3. 5 Rows + Chest Press
4. 10 Torso Twists
DAILYMOVE (3-5 cycles or sets)
1. 10 Spidermans
2. Forward Plank (30 seconds)
3. 8 Punch Planks
You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE.
Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
