How’s it going folks?!

Giving you another #DailyMove is always a pleasure by me. Thinking of what we needed to add to the database brought forward my brand new Chest & Leg workout routine. If you have been searching for a body weight workout routine that is fast paced with some rest I would give this a go. When working on this routine be sure to warm up properly as the intensity is quite high.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Chest & Leg Workout — New Persona
Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. 30 Jog on spot (step)
2. 5 Arm circles (both ways)
3. 10 Body weight squats


DAILYMOVE – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 sets or cycles)
1. Explosive chest press 3×5-8
2. Body weight squat 3×10-15
3. Chest press 3×8-10


1. Four Point Plank Raises 1×10-15

This is an explosive chest and leg workout focused program. You can always modify the movement to make the routine easier and reduce the odds of injury. My recommendation is always to learn the proper technique to ensure you are getting the most value from your workout routine.
