9 Minute Cardio Workout

DailyMove Cardio Workout Routine

 

Hi ladies and gents,

With movement you have the ability to get stronger and definitely get in better shape. This week I decided to put together a cardio workout. Most workouts that are cardio based need to be over 20 minutes in length. Consider this a higher intensity interval program.

It will certainly make you sweat.

PS. A little bit of core is added into the mix.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Cardio Workout — New Persona
Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. 30 Jog on spot (step)
2. 10 High knees
3. 10 Jogging butt kicks
4. 10 Arm swings

DailyMove – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 sets or cycles)
1. Lateral hops 3×15
2. Half jacks 3×20
3. Sprints 3×15
4. Climbers 3×10

Once again this is very similar to a high intensity cardio workout routine. I would recommend pacing yourself throughout the workout to ensure you can complete. Increasing reps is one method to make the workout last long and increase the difficulty.
