See, when it comes to nutrition, it is often not having access to information that can create a road block. Having access to too much information can also create a greater challenge if the information isn’t specific to your needs.

High Protein Chocolate Smoothie

1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2%

2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 scoop whey protein powder, unsweetened

2 droppers full liquid chocolate stevia or 1/4 teaspoon plain powder or 1 packet

1 cup crushed ice

5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)

1 tbs Cocoa powder (or 1 tbs chocolate chips)

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla or almond extract

Optional Topping: Tru Whip, chocolate chips, cinnamon

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
