Hi ladies and gents,

This is Femi at New Persona here again with another #DailyMove workout routine.

Today is strictly on the kettlebell. Sometime back I took a kettlebell course to give me the foundations of this amazing tool.

I highly recommend adding this type of training into a fat loss, sport speciific explosive fitness routine. When I trained consistently with kettlebells my grip strength and back strength transformed.

With that time to train.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 6 Minute Kettlebell Workout
Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. 10 High Pulls
2. 10 Bottoms Up Squats
3. 10 Kettlebell Swings

 
Workout (5 Cycles or Sets)
1. 10 Kettlebell Cleans

 

Complete!

You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
