Femi here again with another #DailyMove routine for you to use throughout the week. Have you ever wanted to find a great warm up program before you get into your workout? Have you ever wanted to use a few good drills that can help get your body ready? Well that is the plan for today’s program.

Straight to the point find here my full body dynamic warm up routine. This is perfect for any full body focused fitness program. Your main muscle groups will be ready for what ever work you decide to put them through.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 6 Minute Full Body Dynamic Warm Up
1. 10 Arm Circles
2. 10 Chest Push
3. 10 Cossack Squats
4. 10 Hip Openers
5. 10 Squats

 

Complete!

You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
