A few bonus tips.

  • Keep your form correct. When doing exercises such as push-ups your shoulders are in greater risk.
  • Squats the same for your knees. If you are unsure of the ideal technique take a peak at my How To Do A Squat video and my How To Do A Push-up.
Breathing is primary when doing the DailyMove. Your heart rate is elevated. Your body beginning to fatigue. What will help you get through it is ensuring your breathing pattern remains in control.
  • Intensity is the last and final point. This is not a fully load strength program. It is a workout to get you moving. If you want to get a better workout keep your intensity up by moving quickly (with good form) or shortening your resting time.

Otherwise post below how your DailyMove goes.

I will see you on the other side.

Take care!
