Hi folks,

Have you ever wanted to get a quick workout in yet are not sure of what to do? Have you been searching for a home workout system that can help you get your heart rate up or supplement your fitness goals? Have you want something short, simple and sweet for results?

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: At home no weight workout.
Simple, straight forward and effective. Give it a go and let me know.
Warm Up (2 cycles or sets)
1. 10 High Knees
2. 10 Arm Swings
3. 10 Buttkicks
4. 5 Arm Circles
DAILYMOVE (3-5 cycles or sets)
1. 12-15 Squats
2. 12-15 Chest Press or Push-ups
Complete!
You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
