15 Powerful Healthy Affirmations

Coaching is something I’ve grown to love.
Having someone that can be your go to person help you get and stay on track can be the difference to personal success.
Big note! I never say success alone. I always say personal success because how each of us define it will vary.
For years in sport a coach guides an athlete to improve technique, form and performance.
Observing movement patterns, strength, weaknesses and areas of improvement.
Careful tweaking is required.
Some on a daily basis. Some with time to refine the outcome. This knowledge is priceless.
Do you know all of your weak points? What about hurdles that prevent greater growth and results faced once starting a journey? I’ll be honest nobody I have met truly can know without careful analysis.
One way to find out is you live and you learn. Each attempt you test to see and measure on yourself. You will know exactly what works for you. This method works. The key point is it requires ample amounts of time.
The other which saves time, energy and can significantly improve impact is support. A coach in this content can quickly point out areas of improvement faster than you can see it.
In every major project I’ve embarked I sought the wisdom of someone who knew more than me.
This helped in building New Persona.
Pulling from some advice I acquired throughout the years implement these 3 strategies to stay on track to breakthrough mental blocks.
1. Build A Big Bigger Blueprint
Simon Sinek talks about your why. In each of our health + fitness coaching sessions we aim to dig to find what’s at the core of every thought or commitment. Your why when vested deeply can fuel you to make major transformations and impact on your life. This is the first prior to breaking through anything.
2. Map It Out
Is creating actionable items that need to be achieved from the blueprint. It isn’t a dream or thought alone at this stage. You are moving towards achieving something tangible. In health + fitness it might be a goal to fit into a particular piece of clothing. It may even be to manage health better. At this point you are locked in to get it.
3. Enlist The Regime
To get it you need people. This final step is what bridges thought to action. Pulling people into the big picture allows you to maximize time. You also now have additional support in navigating the blueprint you created earlier. This will make a difference.
Now before you head out a few things to keep in mind.
You can fall off of the plan. Falling off doesn’t mean you cannot get back on. Review the cause. Observe the pattern and implement a solution. Your enlisted team are able to provide the support you are looking for especially in health + fitness.
Doing too many things can get you side tracked. Aim to focus on a few things for your goal. By jumping from one to another you slow your speed down for how fast you truly can progress.
