Another #DailyMove is here today. I got a brilliant idea to create a new type of workout. Today is all about the legs. I have created several other videos that focus on your quads yet not with a high amount of volume. Volume builds muscle shape and tone.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 12 Minute Body Weight Leg Workout (Around The World) — New Persona
Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. Half jacks 2×30
2. Arm circles 2×5
3. Squats 2×10-15
4. Arm swings 2×5
5. Jog on spot 1×30

 

DailyMove – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 sets or cycles)
1. Jump squats 3×10-15
2. Around the world 3×5-15

This is a body weight leg workout focused program. You can always modify the movement to make the routine easier and reduce the odds of injury. My recommendation is always to learn the proper technique to ensure you are getting the most value from your workout routine. Keep in mind what I said earlier in the video. If you are not getting a sufficient amount of rest you will be unable to complete to workout. Do what you can. Just find a way to make it happen.
