I decided to do something a little different for this #DailyMove. Have you wanted to get the most results in with the least amount of work.

Well try this on for size.

Two exercises. Lower body focused. Lot’s of reps. Are you ready to make it happen?

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 11 Minute Dumbbell Squat Workout (2 Cycles or Sets)
1. 30 Steps (Jog on Spot)
2. 5 Lateral Lunges
3. 10 Body Weight Squats

DailyMove (4 Cycles or Sets)
1. 25 Dumbbell Swings
2. 25 Squats

 

Complete!

You can take additional time to rest at the end of each pair for the DAILYMOVE. Be sure to pace yourself if you are starting out.
