Black Panther Bodyweight Workout
How’s it going folks!
I am back with one more DailyMove for you ready to roll for the week. Quite a bit of requests have been made for me to create a short core workout routine that you can do from home and still challenge the body. It certainly is a level up from doing crunches alone. If you are looking for a moderate short core workout routine give this DailyMove a go. You can’t tell from the video yet I was certainly sweating.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 10 Minute Short Core Workout (Around The World) — New Persona
Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. Seal Jacks 2×30
2. Torso Twists 2×5
3. Around the Head 2×10-15
4. Arm swings 2×5
DailyMove – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 sets or cycles)
1. V Crunch 3×10-15
2. V Sit 3×10-20 sec
3. Around the World 3×3-6
4. Cross Scissors 3×10-15

This is a core workout routine. You can always modify the movement to make the routine easier and reduce the odds of injury. My recommendation is always to learn the proper technique to ensure you are getting the most value from your workout routine. Keep in mind what I said earlier in the video. If you are not getting a sufficient amount of rest you will be unable to complete to workout. Do what you can. Just find a way to make it happen.
One way to increase difficulty is to add some resistance such as a weight as you are doing the movements. A light plate is one example that can work extremely well.
